Hi, I’m Holly


I’m a licensed therapist and have been working in my own private practice for about 10 years. Growing up I had terrible anxiety to the point where I wanted to drop out but with a great therapist that all changed. I learned to cope with different situations and became passionate about helping others find the same relief. I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. Currently, I primarily Work with teens and young adults. We focus on daily stressors, depression, motivation, and school stress.
